We specialize in personalized gifts and unique products made with care. Because many of our items are custom-made and may ship from both the United States and international production partners, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.
2. Item Condition
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Include original packaging when possible
- Packaging Requirement
To ensure safe transit, all returned items must be shipped in a box.
Returns sent in poly mailers, envelopes, or improper packaging that result in damage during transit will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit.
Store credit details will be sent to the email address associated with the original order.
Please allow several business days for inspection and processing after your return arrives.
NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to improper return packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items unless defective or incorrect
- Patch caps and embroidered patch hats
- Final sale or clearance items
SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Smart Trending, we work with fulfillment partners located in both the United States and overseas to offer a wide variety of unique gift products.
1. Processing Time
Most orders require 3–7 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on product type and fulfillment location:
- US-made items: typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment
- Internationally fulfilled items: typically arrive within 7–20 business days after shipment
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- DHL
- YunExpress
- Local postal partners
Carrier selection depends on the product and destination.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Smart Trending is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
- Need to Update Your Address?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible to request an address correction.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SHOW “PRE-SHIPMENT”?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated once your shipping label has been created. This means your order is being prepared for carrier pickup.
It is normal for tracking information to remain in “Pre-Shipment” status for several days before the carrier scans the package into their system.
This does not mean your package is lost.
If your order exceeds the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact our support team and we’ll gladly assist you.
